LIFEHOPE MISSIONS

We are ready to see lives forever changed through the Gospel

LifeHOPE is a 501-c3 non-profit started in 2012 by a group of believers, for the purpose of joining together beyond one specific church.

The need for a non-profit resulted after years of short-term missions trips. A natural progression began to work within the leaders of the mission teams, seeing the need to impact both the National and International communities beyond short-term projects. In addition, the establishment of the 501c3 was essential in providing an accountability to the money being received for the mission projects; as well as reinforce the purpose of working together as a larger body of believers (beyond one specific church).

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The Bible is the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. II Timothy 3:15-17.

There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19; Ephesians 4:4-6.

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. John 1:1-4; Matthew 1:23; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 1:1-4 & 4:15; Acts 1:11 & 2:22-24; I Corinthians 15:3-4.

The salvation of a lost and sinful man, found through the repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ, results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit and that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation. Titus 3:4-7; Luke 24:46-47; Ephesians 2:8-9; John 14:6; Acts 4:12.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit whose indwelling enables the Christian to live a godly life. Galatians 5:16-18;

Romans 8:9.

There will be a resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved unto the resurrection of eternal life and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation and eternal punishment. Revelation 20:11-15; I Corinthians 15:51-57.

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and that all true believers are members of His body, the Church. Ephesians 1:22-23; I Corinthians 12:12,27.

The ministry of evangelism is a responsibility of both the Church and each Christian. Romans 10:9-15; Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:18-20; I Peter 3:15

PERSONAL (HOPE Anticipated)

LifeHOPE recognizes that although the human race is complex and varying, corporately there is an ANTICIPATION of something more… the search for HOPE. Identified as one’s primary need, the purpose of LifeHOPE is to share the sustaining HOPE that can only be found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. HOPE is the catalyst to change and perseverance, to achieve one’s purpose in LIFE. To identify one’s purpose in LIFE, one must first identify who they are through Jesus Christ. Primarily through a personal relationship through Jesus Christ (salvation), then through the growing of one’s spiritual growth: personal spiritual development (bible reading, prayer, conviction, and departure from sinful behaviors), corporate spiritual development (church membership, discipleship, and involvement), fulfilling your purpose through the Great Commission (serving within the local and international communities).

NATIONAL (HOPE Applied)

LifeHOPE recognizes that once personal HOPE is identified, it is meant to be APPLIED.  LifeHOPE’s vision is to bridge the gap between local churches and their communities for the purpose of meeting the needs specific to that community. LifeHOPE is meant to serve as a national hub for local communities to use as a resource, identifying local needs and implementing a plan to best meet the needs.  LifeHOPE focuses on empowering local leaders to invest within their community, for the following purposes: evangelism, mentoring, church growth, education, housing, health/wellness (medical, nutrition). This is a fully integrated approach, addressing both the spiritual and basic needs.

INTERNATIONAL (HOPE Awarded)

LifeHOPE recognizes that one is AWARDED with increased HOPE, peace, and joy as one lives beyond previous expectations and limitations. International missions not only offer an opportunity to fulfill the Great Commission but provides an opportunity to be AWARDED through the serving of those who would otherwise be outside one’s area of influence. LifeHOPE’s vision is to specifically identify international communities that need the following:

evangelism, mentoring, church growth, education, housing, health/wellness (medical, nutrition). LifeHOPE partners with local international leaders to enhance spiritual growth and leadership development, for the purpose of breaking the cycle of impoverishment within their local community. This is a fully integrated approach, addressing both the spiritual and basic needs.
